In middle school, I was a proud member of Boy Scout Troop 112.

I learned two important things:

1) How to tie a square knot

2) Ladies dig guys in uniform 😜

And the Scout Oath? Still got it memorized, all 40 words.

Talk about sticking power.

That’s my goal when writing — stories that linger in your mind long after the last page.

Not a run-of-the-mill vanilla book.

But a thought-provoking page-turner that leaves an impression.

COLOR THE SKY WITH SONG is my new novel — a fantasy and coming-of-age tale with lots of themes underneath the surface.

It’s about 14-yr-old Lucy, who breaks free from her miserable life and goes on an adventure to confront the evil forces that have enslaved her town.

Give it a whirl. You can find it on Amazon, or just click the button below.

Imagine the best campfire story but without the danger of attracting bears.

And I hope it sticks around in your head region for a while.

Just like my cool scout neckerchief.
